How do I pick my colors?
Hair Feathers
Our in-house stylists and artists have created color combinations that look fabulous in any hair color or style. By creating complimentary color combinations in one pack, you can play around with your feathers and get creative yourself by adding only a couple feathers or the whole pack. We have made rocking this hot trend fool proof!

Style Strands
Because you are looking to add color to your hair with Style Strands, you do not have to pick a color based on its ability to blend with your natural hair, as you would with hair extensions. Simply browse our colors from naturals to pastels and pick whatever color suits your fancy -- there are no rules here! If you are looking for a subtle, natural look, we suggest picking a color that is 1-3 shades lighter or darker than your current hair color.
The photos are of our product and the colors have not been altered in anyway. Keep in mind that your computer screen settings may alter the colors slightly. To help compensate for this, we include written descriptions on the right hand side as well. Before selecting your colors make sure that you computer screen settings are properly set in order to give you the most accurate images. Refunds are not given based on confusion of color.
Picasso Hair Feathers are significantly longer than most, to accommodate women of different hair lengths. They are all about 14-16" long and can be trimmed to match your hair length if needed.
Style Strands highlights are 18” in length. This extra long length will blend seamlessly with long hair, and can be trimmed to fit shorter styles.

Do I need special tools to apply them?
Nope, just any hair clip and a pair of household pliers will do! We have pre-applied a threading loop and micro-ring to each feather and highlight to make application easier! This also means you don't need to go out an buy an additional application kit.

Can I use hot styling tools (curling iron, flat iron, etc.)?
Hair Feathers
Absolutely! You can curl or straighten your feathers as you like. Just make sure that the temperature of your heating tool is set to about 100-180 degrees. You can check out our styling videos on our Style Tips page http://www.picassohairfeathers.com/pages/style-tips
Style Strands
Yes! It is 100% safe to use any of your hot styling tools on your Style Strands hair extension highlights. They are made from 100% human remy hair so you can treat your highlights just as you would your natural hair.
How do I wash them?
You can wash your feathers and highlights with your natural hair. You do not have to take out your feathers to wash your hair. Leave them in, wash and then style with your natural hair.

How do I remove them?
Remove your hair feathers and highlights in seconds!
- take your pliers and squeeze the sides of the ring so it opens up
- with the ring open, slide the extension down the hair and off
- you can then save your feather to wear again later

Are these Real Feathers?>
No. They are made from heat resistant material and look similar to a hair extension with the markings of a grizzly rooster feather. Hair Feathers
Your feathers should last you 3-6+ weeks. Just like your natural hair, the better you treat them the better they will look. If you are good to your feathers and don't torture them with scorching hot heating tools of over 180 degrees, they will continue to look beautiful for months!
Style Strands
With proper care and treatment, your Style Strands highlight hair extensions can last for 6-12 weeks! With wear and tear, your hair extension highlight may need to be replaced after this time. To prolong the life of your Style Strands hair extension highlights, we recommend limiting removal and reapplication.

How to buy online?
Step 1: Select your pack
Hair Feathers
Select how many feathers you want - 5pack, 12 pack or 25 pack
Remember that in our larger packages you usually get a greater variety of colors in a pack. So if you plan on sharing, or want a few feathers in different colors, try a 12 or 25 pack.
Highlights
Select how many highlights you want - 6 pack, 15 pack or 30 pack
Step 2: Pick your colors
Hair Feathers
We offer you a variety of different color combinations so you can mix and match your feathers, or wear your whole pack at once. Each pack guarantees you a great look. You can pick your favorite color, or feathers to match a particular outfit, either way there are lots of options to match your personal style!
Style Strands
We have a variety of colors from beautiful pastels, ombre shades and the prettiest natural colors. You just pick the color you like best!
3) Checkout
After you are finished picking out all the feathers and highlights you want, you can click on the "checkout" button on the top right corner. Look through your shopping cart to make sure you have all the items you wanted, and there aren't any items you didn't want. You can go back and add more items, or delete items if you wish. If everything is great, then click "checkout" . Remember, if you spend shipping in Canada and USA is FREE!
3) Shipping Information
Here you will fill in all the personal information we will need in order to fulfill your order and send you your hair feathers.
4) Payment Information
Here you will fill in your payment information. You can either enter a credit card or use your paypal account, whichever you prefer. At the top of this page you will see a place to enter a Coupon Code. If you have one, please enter it here and your new total will be calculated. Then you will select your shipping option. Click the arrow to see a drop down list of all the shipping options available to you.
5) Order Confirmation
After you have completed your order you will receive an email us, confirming your order and shipping information. We will then begin to process your order and try to send it out to you the very same day!
What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept credit card (Mastercard or Visa) as well as Paypal (bank account). You are given an option to either enter your credit card information, or to continue to pay with Paypal. If you wish to pay with your bank account, you will have to pay with Paypal and have your bank card set up with your Paypal account.

Why won't my payment go through?
Make sure that all the information you submitted (name, address, credit card number, etc.) matches exactly to what is on your credit card. If any of the information is different, your payment will not go through. You can also contact your credit card company to see why your card it not working and they may be able to help you further.

What is your return policy?
Because the hair feathers and highlights are considered a hygienic product, we cannot offer returns or refunds.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders shipped to Canada or the US. Shipping is $6 for all other international orders.
How long does shipping take? When will I get my hair feathers?
We will begin processing your order as soon as you order it online and we will try to send it out that same day, or the next business day. Standard shipping can take 1- 3 weeks. Express shipping takes 3 - 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International shipping is $6.
